DoubleRec Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026. DoubleRec is a dual-perspective camera app from Freoza. This policy explains the current app and identifies optional services that could be introduced in future versions. You do not need an account to use the camera.
Camera, microphone and Photos
Camera access enables capture from supported cameras. Microphone access records sound with video. Add-only Photos access saves your captures to your library. Denying a permission limits the corresponding feature. The current app does not request location, contacts, HealthKit, Bluetooth or advertising tracking permission.
Your photos and videos
Capture, composition and Live Photo processing take place on your device. DoubleRec stores captures in its local app directory and can save copies to Photos. We do not receive your captured media. When you use the system share sheet, the recipient or service you select handles the content under its own policy. If you enable iCloud Photos or device backup, Apple may synchronize or back up content according to your Apple settings; this is separate from a DoubleRec upload service.
Local storage and deletion
The app stores captures, thumbnails, camera preferences and onboarding state locally. Deleting a local capture removes that app copy and its paired Live Photo video where applicable; copies already saved to Photos or sent elsewhere are independent. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Apple backups may retain recoverable copies according to your settings. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat verifies purchases, restores access and manages Pro entitlements using an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription history, product identifiers, transaction status, and relevant app/device/platform information. We do not receive full payment-card details. Purchase requests involve network connections; providers may process technical connection information for security and service operation. This purchase data is used for app functionality and subscription analytics, not advertising tracking in the current build. RevenueCat receives no captured photos, videos or recorded audio from this integration. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records for billing, restoration, security and legal obligations after the app is deleted.
Advertising, analytics and future services
The build reviewed for this policy does not include Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Crashlytics, and does not request IDFA. Future versions may enable these services depending on version, region and feature configuration. If enabled, AdMob may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device/app information, ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Firebase Analytics may process installation identifiers and usage events; Crashlytics may process crash stacks, device/app details and diagnostic information. These services would not receive captured media unless a separately explained feature required it. We will update applicable disclosures and request any required consent before activation. Personalized or cross-app tracking requires applicable consent, including Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization where required; limited or non-personalized ads can still involve network/device data.
Support and external links
If you email support, we receive the address, message, attachments and diagnostic details you choose to send. Avoid sending private recordings unless necessary. We use support information to respond and resolve the issue, and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Links to Apple, RevenueCat or other websites open services with their own policies.
Sharing, security and international processing
We use service providers for purchases and support. We do not sell your captured media. Information may be disclosed when legally required or to protect users and the service. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards. We use platform permissions and reasonable safeguards, but no storage or network system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and your choices
DoubleRec is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information; contact us if you believe it has been supplied. You can revoke permissions in Settings, delete local captures, manage Photos/iCloud copies, and manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, object to processing or lodge a complaint with the relevant authority. We may need enough information to verify a request; we cannot access captures held only on your device.

We will update this page and its effective date when practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required. For privacy requests or support, email choosio_feeback@freoza.com. Include DoubleRec, your iOS version and a description of the issue; do not send payment-card details.
DoubleRec 隐私政策

相机、麦克风与相册权限
相机权限用于支持的镜头拍摄；麦克风权限用于录制视频声音；仅添加照片权限用于保存作品至系统相册。拒绝权限会限制对应功能。当前版本不请求位置、通讯录、健康、蓝牙或广告跟踪权限。
照片与视频
拍摄、合成及实况照片处理在设备上完成。作品保存在应用本地目录，也可另存到系统相册。我们不会收到拍摄的照片、视频或声音。通过系统分享菜单分享时，接收方或你选择的服务按其政策处理内容。如果你启用了 iCloud 照片或设备备份，Apple 可能按你的设置同步或备份相关内容；这不同于 DoubleRec 提供媒体上传服务。
本地保存与删除
应用在本地保存作品、缩略图、相机偏好和引导状态。删除应用内作品会移除该本地副本及适用的实况配对视频；已保存到系统相册或分享出去的副本需分别管理。删除应用会移除应用本地数据，Apple 备份是否保留可恢复副本取决于你的设置。卸载应用不会自动取消订阅。
购买与 RevenueCat
Apple 处理支付。RevenueCat 使用匿名应用用户标识、购买与订阅历史、产品标识、交易状态及相关应用、设备和平台信息，验证购买、恢复权益并管理 Pro。我们不接收完整银行卡资料。购买请求需要网络连接，服务商也可能为安全和服务运行处理连接技术信息。当前集成中的购买数据用于应用功能与订阅分析，不用于广告跟踪。RevenueCat 不会通过本集成收到你拍摄的照片、视频或录音。应用删除后，Apple 和 RevenueCat 仍可能为计费、恢复购买、安全或法律义务保留交易记录。
广告、分析与未来可选服务
本政策核对的当前构建没有集成 Google AdMob、Google Analytics for Firebase 或 Firebase Crashlytics，也不请求 IDFA。未来版本可能根据版本、地区及功能配置启用这些服务。启用时，AdMob 可能为广告展示、衡量和反欺诈处理设备标识、由 IP 推断的大致位置、设备与应用信息、广告互动及诊断信息；Firebase Analytics 可能处理安装标识与使用事件；Crashlytics 可能处理崩溃堆栈、设备与应用信息及诊断信息。除非另行说明的功能确有需要，这些服务不会接收拍摄内容。启用前我们会更新适用披露并取得必要同意。个性化或跨应用跟踪将按要求取得同意，包括适用的 Apple App Tracking Transparency 授权；受限或非个性化广告仍可能涉及网络和设备数据。
支持与外部链接
你主动发送支持邮件时，我们会收到邮箱地址、正文、附件及你选择提供的诊断信息。请勿发送不必要的私人录制内容。信息仅用于回复、排查及必要的相关义务，并按需要保留。Apple、RevenueCat 等外部链接指向适用各自隐私政策的服务。
共享、安全与跨境处理
我们使用服务商处理购买和支持，不出售你拍摄的媒体。依法或为保护用户与服务时，可能披露必要信息。服务商可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理信息，并适用其保障措施。我们采用平台权限与合理保护措施，但无法保证任何存储或网络系统绝对安全。
儿童与个人选择
DoubleRec 并非专门面向儿童，不会有意索取儿童个人信息；如认为此类信息已被提供，请联系我们。你可在设置中撤销权限、删除本地作品、管理相册与 iCloud 副本，并在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。根据所在地法律，你可能享有查询、更正、删除我们持有的信息、反对处理及向主管机构投诉等权利。我们可能需要核实请求身份；无法访问仅保存在你设备上的作品。
